From one easy screen the cashier takes orders (takeaway or dine-in), adds drink options like size, milk, sugar and extras, applies tax and discounts, and takes payment by cash, card or wallet with automatic change calculation, then prints an 80mm thermal receipt and opens the cash drawer. It also manages the menu, categories and products, tracks stock and inventory with low-stock alerts, stores customer details and loyalty points, and shows reports for sales, profit, payment methods and best-sellers — all locally and fast, with no monthly subscription and no internet required.
